The Clemco TLR-50 / TLR-300 control system is the primary safety system for Clemco Classic Series pneumatic blast machines, ensuring automatic deactivation if the operator loses control of the blast nozzle. The system can be configured in various ways, depending on the blast machine, what media is being used, and what features are needed.
The Clemco control systems in this section are complete systems. Complete systems are necessary only when completely refurbishing a pot. Individual valves and other repair components are available separately.

The TLR control systems for pneumatic, pressure-release Clemco blast machines, utilize separate inlet and outlet valves along with other components. Genuine OEM Clemco replacement valves are shown here.

Deadman hose - aka ‘twin line’ - transfers the signal air to the valves in pneumatic control systems. This yellow 3/16" x 3/16" twinline rubber hose is OEM Clemco and is available in pre-fitted multiple lengths options (01943 fittings on both ends). Custom lengths are also available.
Note: While multiple twinline sections can be joined using (01944) hose joiners, best safety practices suggest a maximum length of 100'. When longer lengths are required, the faster-acting electric control systems are safer.

It attaches easily to any BAABS rail base, although when using on the sub-compact version the thrust brace would need to be removed. With over 830 lumens, this LED low-voltage (12/24v) blast light is economical, field serviceable, and lightweight.
