Probes - not the Gage / Bodies - are factory calibrated and each new probe comes with a Certificate of Calibration. The modular design of some of these inspection kits allows the inspector to run multiple types of tests, switching between tasks effortlessly. Offloading data is also extremely straightforward. They provide important intelligence that will help save on labor costs by minimizing re-blasting or painting needs, and detecting inefficiencies in surface preparation operations.
Some of these instrument kits require routine calibration to ensure accuracy. BlastOne is willing to train users on proper calibration procedures.
