Removing Air Dryer Moisture

Removing moisture from compressed air can be done with a moisture removal system. These systems are crucial. Removing the moisture results in higher production while blasting. When there is moisture in the blast pot, it slows the abrasive down, clogs the abrasive and can lead to rusting or contamination on the surface that is being blasted.

Taking an AirPrep to your worksite is key. It is just as important as bringing the blast pot! Customers have told us that their AirPrep has increased their blasting speeds by 10-15%!
