How to Spray Tough Epoxy Coatings Correctly in Colder Weather

When you have a 97% solids coating (not recommended to be thinned) what is the best way to achieve an even spray pattern in cold weather? There are a few options if you have a 20 minute pot life:

An inline, high pressure heater after the spray pump. A rise in temperature, even 15 degrees C (60 degrees F) will make a massive difference.
A gravity feed hopper. Sprayers are efficient in pushing at high pressures but need help sucking paint into the sprayer. Gravity will feed the coating in.

A larger airless spray hose. Less pressure loss will also make a huge difference. Using a half inch hose will aid in that.

When spraying tough coatings, there are a lot of factors to consider. Pump size, tip size, filters, solvents, cleaning and flushing for example.
