These are a complete ‘Plug-and Play’ unit that is simply and easily setup wherever painting is needing to be done. And the unique design ensures they are ready and able to relocate when required.
Container spray booths are the ideal solution on Plant, Refinery or Infrastructure Maintenance Projects for all those movable components that need a coat of paint. This 100% self-container plug-and-play unit can be delivered to site on a tilt tray truck or sideloader and be operational within minutes. Available in both 20’L (6.0m) or 40’L (12.0m) containers and either Standard 8’H (2.4m) or hicube 9’H (2.7m) they instantly become a complying spray booth. Simply connect 3-phase power and compressed air and it’s ready to use.
We are very happy with the our container spray booth and the filter walls. Ever since we have installed them, the designated paint area has a much better air quality. The atomised overspray paint is not hanging around and we don’t have clouds of mist, especially when painting two pack finish coating. The performance of the system is exceeding our expectation, it worked trouble free for the last 5 years and is practically maintenance free.
