Jobsite Cleanup Made Easy

The Vacuload 1 is designed to handle typical vacuuming applications, such as picking up sand spread everywhere or performing extensive cleanup at the end of a job. For picking up scattered material, the system utilizes a flare to pick up tool, described as being similar to a large broom that vacuums effectively. Alternatively, a bulk pickup tool is used when loading the bulk pot. A key feature of the Vacuload 1 is its ability to be placed directly onto a bulk bag of sand, allowing air to continuously move through the line and preventing the line from completely clogging.
How the Vacuum System Works
The system operates using compressed air. To initiate the process, the air inlet valve is opened. The compressed air travels through a venturi nozzle, then passes through the inductor, which ultimately creates the vacuum. The vacuum hose directs the material to the vessel itself, which is engineered to create a cyclone, thereby settling out dust and abrasive material into the storage hopper.
For ease of disposal, the storage hopper can be quickly removed. This removal process involves simply pushing down the handle, walking the hopper out, and rolling the full barrel. A crucial technical note mentioned by the presenter is the requirement to use reinforced drums with the unit, as standard barrels can be crushed by the system.
