CONCEPT DESIGN AND BUDGETING 

  • Leadership alignment of project goals and timeline

  • Development of written Basis of Design document

  • Create first level concept drawings

  • Compile budget document

  • Notice to proceed to detailed design

DETAILED DESIGN AND COSTINGS 

  • Detailed design & engineering of mutually agreed solution

  • Updated and detailed costings from engineered documents, with subcontractor backup

  • Prepare full contract package with firm fixed pricing, detailed equipment scope and construction documents

  • Global subject matter expert sign-off on agreed solution

  • Execute contract package for delivery

MANUFACTURING AND INSTALLATION 

  • Manufacturing and buyout of all approved equipment

  • Execute contracts with all sub-trades

  • Job site readiness activity completed

  • Delivery and installation of equipment
