The RB-12 Washer (SKU IPC1014, MPN 502120) is a precision-machined tungsten carbide washer used on the IPC1000 RotorBlast rear end assembly. It is located on the back side of the RB-11 rear end plate and serves as a durable wear surface in a high-contact area. 

Tungsten carbide is selected for its excellent wear resistance in abrasive service. Over time, washers in this location can experience wear or surface damage that may affect fit, alignment, or component protection. Replacing the RB-12 Washer restores the intended wear interface at the rear end plate assembly and supports reliable operation. 

This replacement parts IS included in the standard IPC1099 rebuild kit.
