Graco Stellair Automatic Air Spray Guns give finishing crews solid control, repeatable spray patterns, and fast maintenance for automated systems. These guns handle everything from light trim work to heavy high solids coatings and fit easily into robotic arms, reciprocators, and flat line machines used across automotive, metal, plastic, wood, and architectural finishing. Over 30 configurations are available to match the job. Options include Conventional, HVLP, and Compliant versions along with a wide range of application setups. Guns can be ordered with or without a manifold, but a manifold is required for proper operation. Users can also choose versions with or without a fluid control knob along with multiple fluid orifice sizes and different tip constructions to dial in pattern size, flow rate, and finish quality for any coating. Every Stellair model includes precise fluid control with a click knob and true zero setting when selected. The patented spray pattern alignment tool makes pathing adjustments simple and repeatable. A one piece fluid cartridge drops out quickly to reduce maintenance downtime. The stainless steel fluid path lowers solvent use during flushing which cuts cleanup time and reduces VOC output.
