Clemco Power Suction Gun Packages
Sku: P-CAPSGPKG
The Clemco Power Gun is a versatile suction blast tool designed for dry abrasive blasting in applications where air supply is limited, or the job size is small. Its lightweight and portable design make it easy to use in awkward or elevated locations, such as scaffolds, onboard ships, or during touch-up work. The tool is compatible with a wide range of abrasive media (12-mesh and finer) and is suitable for cleaning or etching metal, masonry, glass, and other durable surfaces. The heavy-duty plastic hopper available in select packages provides ample storage for abrasive media, allowing for efficient blasting operations.
Air Consumption: Using the included fixed orifice ¼" air jet and ½" tungsten carbide lined nozzle, the Clemco PowerGun can blast with as little as 40 PSI and consumes as little as 40 CFM. (See Air Consumption chart on Product Data Sheet.) Production speed increases with more pressure/volume and the PowerGun can handle as much as 140 PSI at 120 CFM.
Popular Applications: The Clemco Power Gun excels in a variety of small or specialized tasks, including:
- Touch-up work or re-blasting areas that failed inspection.
- Blasting in tight or elevated spaces such as scaffolds or ship decks.
- Small-scale cleaning or etching projects.
Requirements for Operation: The following items are necessary for operation and are not included in the package:
