Graco RAC X Low Pressure SwitchTips are built for airless crews who want better control at reduced pressure, without giving up fan consistency. Running lower pressure can help reduce overspray, shorten masking time, and make pattern overlap more forgiving, especially when you are trying to maintain an even finish across large surfaces or detailed trim.
This low pressure range is split into three groups so you can pick the right output for the job. RAC X LP covers general residential, commercial, interior, and exterior work. RAC X Fine Finish LP (FF LP) targets fine finish applications and thinner coatings where a softer, blended pattern matters. RAC X Wide RAC LP (WR LP) is designed for high volume production with a wide fan pattern for faster coverage on big areas.
All three groups use SmartTip Technology and are designed to work at low airless spray pressure. Maximum working pressure and guard requirements vary by group, so matching the tip family, size, and filters to your material and target output is part of getting the best result.
- RAC X Fine Finish Low Pressure (FF LP) SwitchTip: for fine finish applications including doors, trim, moulding, cabinets, and woodwork
- FF LP size range: 22 sizes available from 106 to 616
- RAC X Low Pressure (LP) SwitchTip: for residential, commercial, interior and exterior applications including siding, walls, and ceilings
- LP size range: 30 sizes available from 217 to 731
- RAC X Wide RAC Low Pressure (WR LP) SwitchTip: for high volume applications using a wide fan pattern (24 inch fan shown)
- WR LP size range: 7 sizes available from 1221 to 1233
- SmartTip Technology: internal geometry designed to reduce energy required to atomize coatings at lower pressure
