The Graco TruMix 150 XT plural component proportioner is a purpose-built mix station for 2-component industrial coatings that takes the measuring, dumping, and re-mixing out of the day. Instead of batching full kits and racing the clock, TruMix mixes on demand so you dispense what you need, when you need it—helping reduce wasted material and minimize “hot mix” problems. 

It supports common industrial coating ratios from 1:1 to 6:1, delivers up to 150 gallons per hour, and uses CrossLink multi-stage mixing to keep material consistent. RatioGuard ratio assurance monitors for off-ratio conditions to help prevent bad pours and rework. With SmartSync control and an Xtreme Torque brushless motor, the system is built to hold ratio and keep output steady through the shift.
