Klingspor is a premium global manufacturer of abrasive products for power tools. This Quick Roll Connect (QRC) series of Quick Change Sanding Discs come in a variety of sizes and abrasive choices. This series features Alumina Zirconia abrasive, an aggressive and popular choice for general purpose applications.
This QRC 411 series of sanding discs must be used with compatible holder pads – either Klingspor’s own pad, or 3M Roloc® Type R backup pads. Other disc versions are available which are compatible with Norton and Socat holders – enquire for details. (Neither BlastOne nor Klingspor are affiliated with these manufacturers.)
Note: Klingspor QRC 555 quick change disc backing pads are available in either Medium (for curved surfaces) or Firm (for fastest stock removal.)
Klingspor Quick Change Discs are engineered for efficiency and effectiveness in heavy-duty sanding tasks. These discs feature a quick roll connect (QRC) system that includes a unique spin-on button on the backing. This design allows for easy and secure attachment to the dedicated QRC holder pad, ensuring the disc stays in place during use. The quick change mechanism is especially useful for rapidly preparing or finishing internal surfaces, flat areas, and other challenging spots. This QRC 411 group features Alumina Zirconia abrasive media in a variety of mesh sizes from 24 to 120, in diameters from 1-½" to 3". Other abrasive options are available - enquire for details.
