The new Graco King PC pneumatic Airless Sprayer is designed for contractors and maintenance teams who cannot afford slow changeovers or extended downtime. The King PC focuses on serviceability with a ProConnect pump interface intended to make pump removal and replacement quick in the field. Graco's engineers have redesigned the cart to make it both lighter (by 20%) AND more durable. Mobility is supported by flat proof tires, and wall mount options are available when a fixed location install makes more sense than a cart setup. For spraying performance, the King PC uses a proven XL air motor built for long service life. The motor design is intended to reduce icing for more consistent operation during extended spray cycles, and the air piloted changeover supports low pulsation and responsive cycling. The cart-mount system includes a suction set AND is also direct immersion ready.  It has a shorter fluid path aimed at handling heavier bodied coatings while simplifying cleanup. Wall mount units include a 55 gallon siphon set. A range of accessories are available to configure the sprayer for specific workflows, including stainless steel hoppers, filters, air prep components, and heaters.
