Axxiom/Schmidt S-Series Pop-up Valves / Shafts and Seating Rings
BlastOne has the parts needed to service and maintain all Axxiom / Schmidt blast pots. The following are the common Pop Up components – contact us if you do not see the version you need.
Pop-up Valve and Shaft (aka Pop-up Head)
- Hemispherical pop-up valve seals off pot when pressurized
- Shaft is embedded in the urethane head
- Suits Schmidt’s contractor series blast pots
- Available in the following:
- MPN 2100-000, Small, for 1.5 CF pots
- MPN 2100-010, Standard, for 3.5, 6.5, 10, & 20CF pots
- MPN 2100-010-04, Alternate for Standard sizes, designed for high flow
Seating Ring
- Available in the following:
- MPN 2100-001, Small, for 1.5 CF pots
- MPN 2100-011, Standard, for 3.5, 6.5, 10 & 20 CF pots
- MPN 2100-011-04, “Sure-Seal” Alternate for standard sizes, good when applications include blasting at low pressures. Use with 2100-010-04 pop-up head.

Pop-up valves lift to seal against the pop-up ring when the pot is pressurized, enabling the pot to hold pressure. If the valve or ring are worn or damaged, there will be a pressure loss, creating differential pressure issues. See our How-To video for help in replacing these parts.
