The BlastOne 5000 Series Combination Deadman and Nozzle Light is a single device that combines a multi-function safety deadman switch with a Brite-Blast nozzle light control. It is built for setups where the operator needs reliable deadman control and lighting control at the nozzle, without adding separate switches and extra wiring at the hose end. Four versions are available to match your wiring and connection preference. Choose a 3-wire model when you only need deadman operation and nozzle light control. Choose a 4-wire model when you also want a separate circuit available to run an additional blast machine function, depending on how the machine controls are configured. Configurations:- BABL50103BW (3-wire, bare-end)
- BABL50103MC (3-wire, molded connector)
- BABL50104BW (4-wire, bare-end)
- BABL50104MC (4-wire, molded connector).
- Product combines safety deadman control and nozzle light control in one handle assembly
- 3-wire versions support deadman system operation and nozzle light control only
- 4-wire versions include an extra wire for another remote function, such as choke, blow-down, or abrasive cut-off. (Blast machine must be configured with the appropriate controls for the desired extra function.)
- BW versions use a 10 ft bare-end wire lead for field wiring
- MC versions use a molded connector on a 10 ft wire for faster connection and easier swap-outs
- Selection guidance: choose 3-wire for deadman plus light, choose 4-wire if you need (or may want in the future) an extra function at the nozzle
