Description

Introducing the Combi Garnet Abrasive Recycling System, the highest production garnet recycler available on the market. Designed specifically for garnet recycling, this system is perfect for on-site use at large blasting projects or as a high-volume garnet recycler for an in-house blast shed or area. The system can also process other abrasive blasting media, provided the waste media is completely dry before recycling.

Key Features:

  • Designed for use with garnet, but processes most recyclable media
  • Onsite use or in a covered area with a large blast chamber
  • Modular design for quick and easy relocation
  • Processes up to 7 tons per hour of garnet
  • Electrical Requirements: 480v, 3 phase, 30 amp
  • Compressed Air Requirement: 25 cfm @ 125psi
  • Abrasive must be completely dry before recycling
  • High-capacity bucket elevator resists jamming and economizes power consumption
  • Rotary trash screen design resists blocking and removes large trash
  • Air-wash removes fine wastes and is infinitely variable

Easily transportable by truck or trailer, the Combi Garnet Abrasive Recycling System features a high-capacity bucket elevator with a unique no-jam design, requiring minimal power for operation. Its flow gate design prevents jamming, ensuring a smooth recycling process. The system’s rotary trash screen has a no-block design that efficiently removes trash such as cigarette butts, broken glass, paint flakes, welding rods, and stones from the used abrasive. The air wash classifies the dirty abrasive into three separate streams: reusable, undersized, and dust.

It is infinitely variable, allowing for precise control over the amount of abrasive being sent for reuse or waste. Built to withstand harsh blasting conditions, the Combi Garnet Abrasive Recycling System’s modular design allows for quick and easy relocation. Invest in the Combi Garnet Abrasive Recycling System for a versatile and robust solution for your high-volume abrasive recycling needs.
