BlastOne CopperVac™ Premium Vacuum Hose

BlastOne CopperVac Premium Vacuum Hose is designed for crews vacuuming abrasive media where standard material handling hose wears fast and builds static. The polyurethane liner takes the abrasion, the rigid PVC spiral keeps the hose from collapsing under suction, and the copper wire wrap helps dissipate static as material moves through the line. CopperVac is used on abrasive recovery systems, blast room cleanup, and general sand and gravel vacuuming where you want a tougher hose that virtually eliminates static shock.  It is offered in multiple diameters and lengths, each with its own part number and vacuum rating. Update note for 2026 production: starting Q1 2026, the 6 inch and 8 inch sizes use a new formulation that offers higher vacuum resistance than earlier versions, and all sizes can now be used in all industrial vacuum trailer equipment where other brands such as Kuriyama Tigerflex UF1 hoses are used.
