The Graco 16V583 External Filter / Manifold Kit (BlastOne SKU GR16V583) adds a high-pressure, serviceable filter right at the sprayer and gives you a built-in manifold with three outlets. It’s a simple upgrade for crews that want cleaner material flow and the ability to feed multiple spray lines from one unit. This kit is rated to 7250 PSI and is an optional accessory for Graco airless sprayers that operate within that pressure range, including Graco King, Contractor King, New King PC, and other compatible units. The 16V583 kit includes the actual filter assembly (Graco MPN 237069) plus the fittings you need to mount it to the sprayer. Filtering at the sprayer helps reduce plugged tips, protects downstream components, and cuts downtime from debris-related issues—especially when spraying coatings that are sensitive to contamination. The integrated manifold also lets you plumb up to three spray guns (as long as your pump output, hose sizing, and job setup can support multiple operators).
