The Graco Stellair™ series is a production-friendly pressure-feed air spray gun platform built for shops that want repeatable finish quality and less downtime. Stellair is designed around a quick-change cartridge that holds the key fluid wear parts—so when it’s time to service the gun, you’re swapping components instead of doing a full rebuild on the bench. 

Stellair guns are offered across common air spray technologies (HVLP, LVMP, Compliant, and Conventional) so you can match the gun to your coating, your booth rules, and the finish you’re chasing. Material choices and options make Stellair a solid fit for everything from general industrial coatings to more specialized work like adhesives, trim edges, waterborne systems, and high-solids/high-wear applications.

• Gun with Triton spray package – pairs Stellair with Triton diaphragm pump packages for fine-finish wood and metal applications.
• Gun with pressure pot – a simple, reliable setup for consistent pressure feed without a full pump package.

This listing is for Stellair (aluminum) version only. Here’s the quick, practical difference versus Stellair ACE: 

1) Weight differences

• Stellair (aluminum pressure feed): ~410 g
• Stellair ACE (carbon-reinforced pressure feed): ~215 g (about half the weight)

2) Hose connection differences

• Stellair: standard-style 3/8 in NPSM fluid inlet (single tool pressure-feed plumbing)
• Stellair ACE: built around hand-tightened (tool-free) quick-connect hose fittings and a smaller fluid inlet (ACE-focused hose ecosystem)

3) Cost differences 

• This standard aluminum-body Stellair series is lower in cost than the premium carbon-fiber/ploy Stellair ACE.

4) Application differences

• Stellair: largest selection of pressure-feed application options (general industry through specialty caps like high-wear/high-solids).
• Stellair ACE: focused on maximum comfort/low fatigue and fast no-tool servicing. Primarily available in HVLP / LVMP. Also, it’s the line Graco offers for gravity-feed cup gun work.

The Graco Stellair is a direct replacement for the legacy AirPro design.
