The RB-10 Leather Dust Seal (SKU IPC1013, MPN 502100) is the standard leather version of the RB-10 dust seal used on the inlet side of the IPC1000 RotorBlast. Its purpose is to help shield the inlet-side bearing from abrasive dust and debris that can migrate into the bearing area during blasting operations.
Leather dust seals are commonly used where a durable, flexible barrier is needed to reduce contamination at the bearing location. This seal is the main wear part in the unit and should be checked at the beginning of each day. Replacing the RB-10 Leather Dust Seal as part of routine service helps maintain bearing protection and supports longer bearing life.
A total of 25 of these are included in the standard IPC1099 rebuild kit.
