Dust Collector Cartridge Filters

BlastOne offers a selection of popular replacement Filter Cartridges for most dust collectors. Selected details are as follows:

Applications include Mobile Dust Collector Units, Blast Room Dust Collectors, and Cabinet Dust Collectors.
Base media types available:
- 100% cellulose. Economy general purpose application. Merv 10 rated. Can be used in applications where filters must be changed according to a shorter schedule.
- 80/20 cellulose/poly. General purpose filtration with increased resistance to moist air. Merv 10.
- Spunbond. This 100% polyester media is Merv 10 and highly moisture resistant. It has somewhat less filtration efficiency due to the lower square footage inherent in this media. Excellent for applications where the moisture in the pulse air supply is elevated.
Optional treatments for all media:
- Nano. This high-performance treatment boosts the MERV rating to 15, and can be combined with any base media. Besides the better efficiency, the longer life it provides often pays for itself in fewer filter changeouts. This treatment is required in applications involving hazardous lead dust.
- ePFTE. This ultra-high MERV 16+ treatment can sometimes be used as a substitute for separate HEPA filtration, and provides protection against extremely fine hazards such as asbestos.
- Flame Resistance. FR treatment is available for most filter types.

Alternatively, we show some of the many OEM part numbers and you can always contact us for assistance. Many more cartridge filter types are available than what is shown here. Each filter is made to provide optimal dust capture, with options tailored to specific environments and materials. Filter Media Types:

100% Cellulose: Ideal for general-purpose applications with a shorter replacement schedule. This media offers a MERV 10 rating, providing efficient filtration for economy use.
80/20 Cellulose/Polyester: Enhanced resistance to moisture makes this a robust option for general applications, also with a MERV 10 rating.
Spunbond Polyester: This 100% polyester media is MERV 10-rated and highly resistant to moisture, making it a great choice in environments with high humidity or moisture in the pulse air supply. While it offers less square footage than other options, it still ensures reliable filtration.

Optional Media Treatments:

Nano Treatment: Increases the MERV rating to 15, extending the life of the filter and providing cost savings through fewer changeouts. Recommended for environments with hazardous lead dust.
ePFTE Treatment: A high-performance treatment that boosts filtration to a MERV 16+ rating. It offers an alternative to HEPA filtration, making it ideal for capturing extremely fine particulates, including asbestos.
Flame Resistance (FR): Available for most filter types, this treatment provides added safety in environments with flammable dust or particles.
