The Axxiom/Schmidt G3 Trigger Deadman Control Switch is an industry-trusted safety device designed to give operators reliable start/stop control with a more comfortable trigger-style grip. Built to maintain the same safety and dependability operators expect from Schmidt deadman controls, the G3 Trigger improves hand position and reduces fatigue during extended blasting. 

This deadman is offered in both pneumatic and electric power choices, with multiple standard configurations available for each option. Pneumatic versions provide quick response and fast shutoff, while electric versions are commonly recommended for longer hose runs, or in environments where pneumatic freeze-up is an issue. A modular design allows the trigger deadman to be switched between pneumatic and electric configurations if your setup changes.

  • Single function: Blast machine on/off deadman control
  • Dual function:  On/off control plus Abrasive Cut-Off (ACO), allows blast hose to easily be switched to blow-off mode on compatible blast machines.
  • Swivel-strap configuration:  All G3 deadman variations are offered as cost-saving bundles which include the convenient BAABS G3 swivel assembly
