More than a conventional drum vacuum, the BlastOne VacuLoad 1 Industrial Vacuum System is built for abrasive blasting operations where fast, efficient cleanup matters. Instead of wasting labor on manual sweeping, the VacuLoad 1 quickly vacuums spent abrasive into a reinforced 55-gallon drum, cutting cleanup time in blast rooms, tanks, and other confined work areas. 

Powered entirely by compressed air, the VacuLoad 1 comes standard with a 350 cfm eductor nozzle or can be fitted with nozzles from 150 to 550 cfm based on available air supply. The system includes fork-pockets and uses an ingenious sliding table for easy drum removal and abrasive disposal. 

A built-in magnehelic gauge alerts operators when the dust collector filter requires attention, and the pneumatic reverse-pulse system helps keep filters clean for longer service life. This design keeps your blasting operations running efficiently with minimal downtime.

 Common uses include:

• Replacing manual sweeping of spent abrasive on blast room and tank floors
• Cleaning abrasive from I-beams, ledges, and inside corners
• Reducing labor and speeding up post-blast cleanup
• Maintaining safe and clean blasting environments
• Vacuum source for vacuum blasting
• Suction source for hand tools w/vacuum shrouds

Uses 3" vacuum hose and a single DFULTC 26" x 12.74" closed-end dust collector cartridge filter.
