Squat Aftercooler AirDryer System
Sku: P-ACSQ
OEM BlastOne “Squat” Low-Profile Aftercooler Air Dryer Systems provides effective moisture control for compressed air used in blasting operations.
Each unit combines a heavy-duty aftercooler and expansion tank on a steel skid, helping maintain consistent air quality in high-humidity or warm environments.
The system uses a pneumatic fan motor with filter, regulator, lubricator, and muffler assembly to cool compressed air as it exits the compressor. The cooled air passes through a stainless steel demister pad, which separates and drains moisture without requiring filter replacement. An oversized radiator and heat exchanger minimize pressure loss while maintaining steady airflow to the blast machine.
All Squat Air Dryers feature a compact, low-profile frame with a protective steel grating over the radiator. Units include 2-inch Spud (Boss®) fittings for fast connection to compressors and blast equipment. Fitted Bull Hoses are available separately.
The BlastOne Squat AirDryer Series includes the following models:
- ACS250 Squat – Rated to 250 CFM, suitable for one #6 blast nozzle
- ACS400 Squat – Rated to 400 CFM, suitable for one #7 blast nozzle
- ACS750 Squat – Rated to 750 CFM, suitable for two blasters
- ACS950 Squat – Rated to 950 CFM, suitable for two or three blasters, depending on nozzle size
- ACS1600 Squat – Rated to 1600 CFM, suitable for up to four blasters
These air dryers perform best in climates with ambient temperatures above 50°F. For operations in colder environments, BlastOne recommends using a Deliquescent Dryer for improved performance in low-temperature conditions.
