The Mega MistBlaster is designed for high-production blasting operations where performance, reliability, and operator control matter. Built with a full-flow piping system and valves, it virtually eliminates pressure drop, helping maintain consistent blast pressure across one or multiple nozzles. 

At the core of the system is BlastOne MistBlasting technology, which allows full dry blasting and wet blasting functionality along with wash down and blow-off modes.  Each of these functions can be controlled independently, allowing each operator maximum flexibility.  

TeraValve® metering valves deliver precise and dependable abrasive flow. Combined with simple water controls and low water consumption, the unit provides efficient MistBlasting performance without overcomplicating setup or operation.

Simple and Efficient Water Control 

The Mega MistBlaster uses a needle valve adjustment system that allows operators to fine-tune water injection quickly and easily. Water is injected after the metering valve directly into the blast hose, ensuring consistent mixing and performance.

• As low as 1 pint per minute in MistBlasting mode
• 2 GPM washdown mode for cleanup and rinsing
• Full-flow washdown bypass maintains blast settings

Built-In Safety Features 

Safety is built into every system to protect operators and equipment:

• Halok® Closure: Cannot be opened under pressure
• CEN Muffler: Reduces noise and prevents freeze-up
• Anti-slip ladder rungs: Improved access and operator safety

Configuration Options 

The Mega MistBlaster is available in multiple standard configurations or can be customized to fit your setup:

• MB70000: Standard unit on shipping legs for mounting on customer trucks or trailers
• MB70020: Mounted on a painted steel skid for forklift handling
• MB70030: Mounted on a heavy-duty dual-axle highway trailer with electric brakes
• MB70100: Retrofit kit without metering valves for new dry blasters.  Does not include mounting.
• MB70150: Full retrofit kit including metering valves for upgrading worn systems.  Does not include mounting.

Performance Enhancing Options 

Optional upgrades allow you to configure the system for your specific jobsite requirements:

• Bulk Bag Loading Rack: Improves safety and efficiency during abrasive loading
• Vacuum Loading System: Eliminates crane wait time where site regulations do not permit forklift loading
• Hour Meter Cabinet: Tracks nozzle runtime and includes indicator lights showing which nozzles are active
• IntelliBlast Lite: Cloud-based monitoring system providing real-time data on nozzle on-time, blast pressure, and system performance
