Brushes for MiniBRS G2 Trigger Vacuum Workheads
The G2 Trigger Vacuum Workhead uses various brush types to enable it to work on inside and outside corners, as well as on flat surfaces. Â This group includes the following brush options:
- Replacement Flat Brush (Brush Only)

Inside Corner Brush Assembly (Includes Adapter, Brush, and Sleeve)
- Replacement Inside Corner Brush

Outside Corner Brush Assembly (Includes Adapter, Brush, and Sleeve)
- Replacement Outside Corner Brush
Note: Â Brushes are effective on surfaces up to 150°F.

Nylon brushes start to breakdown at 150°F, therefore when blasting at any higher temperature, a different brush is needed. The shape of the brush is also dependent on the application. Flat brushes are difficult to maintain containment of the blast and vacuum operation on corners. The inside and outside corner brush attachments are designed for blasting corners.Â
