The Clemco PQV Pro Valve is the next generation pressure hold metering valve built from customer feedback and field testing. It replaces the legacy GritWizard with a tougher, simpler, and easier to maintain valve that delivers premium performance on any blast system. The PQV Pro is piston actuated and uses only one signal line which eliminates the need for a 4 way solenoid and cuts down on troubleshooting and plumbing. Clemco designed the PQV Pro for crews who cannot afford downtime. The actuator can be swapped on the pot in under ten minutes using a quick service kit, and all wear parts are simple to access. This makes the PQV Pro a strong fit for contractors, shipyards, fab shops, and production blasting where reliability matters. The valve is available in several configurations including 1.25 inch and 1.50 inch models, with or without the integrated ball valve. A Meter-Under-Pressure Kit is also available for easy abrasive adjustment while blasting. It can mount directly on the valve or remotely on the signal line which gives operators flexibility based on their machine layout. The PQV Pro is Clemco’s premium valve solution while the AQV remains the economy pressure hold option for budget minded setups.
