Graco Stellair Auto Manifolds are built for automated finishing lines where spray consistency and fast changeout matter. The manifold seats a Stellair Auto air spray gun in the correct position so robots, reciprocators and flat line machines can deliver repeatable results on every pass. These manifolds make it easy to bring Stellair performance into new or existing industrial paint lines. The Stellair Auto manifold shares the same tool center point as legacy Graco AirPro Auto spray guns which means upgrading older equipment is simple and does not require reprogramming robotic paths. The lightweight and durable construction helps lower wear on automated equipment, especially on high speed lines where every ounce matters. A two screw, gun to manifold setup allows quick removal for cleaning, nozzle changes or troubleshooting. Three fluid inlet configurations are available to match different line layouts. The side fluid inlet version works well in tight spaces. The rear fluid inlet version supports straight feed plumbing. The bottom fluid inlet version is a solid fit for vertical drops on flat line systems. Available versions:
