The PicoValve™ is built for abrasive metering control where consistent flow and repeatability matter, including production blasting and blast cabinet applications. Its compact footprint and light weight make it easier to integrate into space constrained setups while still delivering stable abrasive feed across multiple media types. For daily operation, the integrated Virtual Position Indicator (VPI) helps operators return to known settings, reducing time spent re dialing flow rates after shutdowns, media changes, or maintenance. The keyslot sleeve design supports controlled metering across a wide range of abrasive sizes, from ultra fine through coarse. Service access is designed to reduce downtime. Dual cleanout access through the valve body supports faster blockage removal, and maintenance can be performed without removing the valve from the vessel, which helps keep systems online and reduces labor during routine service.  The economical urethane sleeve is simple to replace and helps keep costs low.
