ConeSpray: An economical solution for coating pipe internals. With a paint spray tip that will coat a full 360 degrees, it's easier than ever to efficiently spray your internal pipe projects. Features/Details as follows:
- Packages. Both versions include the relevant centering device along with a standard spray tip IPCHC10 (TN-SSTC-6)
- Capabilities.
- Junior version for pipes with ID from 3" to 5"
- Standard version for pipes with ID from 6" to 12"
- Limitations.
- Designed for use with airless pumps not more than 3600 PSI
- Designed for coatings other than Ultra High Solids

RotorSpray I
- Suited to coat pipes 3 inches to 5 inches
- Suited to coat pipes 5 inches to 12 inches
- Suited to coat pipes 12 inches to 35 inches
- 3600 psi rated
- At least a 30:1 airless sprayer should be used, ideally a 40:1 system
- Systems are sold bare - hose and controls should be ordered separate
- Before use be sure to consult the coating manufacturer for appropriate pump and tip size. Internal Pipe Coating Tools (IPCT) are suited to a wide variety of coatings that can be applied with an airless system (a 40:1 system is suggested).Only painters experienced with applying plural component systems and the cleaning requirements of plural application equipment should use the IPCT systems with plural component paint. This is particularly true for coatings with quick set times.
