    Clemco Pipe Pro XL Tools

    Clemco Pipe Pro XL Tools are pneumatically operated internal pipe blasting tools built for consistent 360 degree abrasive coverage without rotating the pipe. A dual nozzle rotating blast head and centering carriage help maintain alignment and repeatable surface preparation for coating work.
    • For internal pipe blasting where full circumference coverage is required
    • Two standard size ranges, 16 inch to 31 inch ID and 16 inch to 60 inch ID
    • Pneumatic air motor drives head rotation, speed is adjustable at the control valve
    • Uses two venturi blast nozzles, ordered separately, orifice range 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch
    • Adjustable centering carriage with urethane wheels supports smooth travel through the pipe
    NOTE:  Aside from the nozzles, it is also recommended to keep adequate spare parts on hand.  See pages 19/20 on attached manual.  This unit must function is a very abrasive environment and parts will wear more quickly than in typical open blasting.  For larger projects, Clemco recommends an entire 2nd unit be kept as a spare.
