Klingspor is a major manufacturer of abrasive products for hand tools. Their fiber discs are engineered for fast stock removal in metal grinding applications and are of industrial quality. This series from Klingspor is designed for use with a standard nut-mount disc backing pad. These are not intended for use on a quick-lock backing pad.

This series features Alumina Zirconia abrasive, an aggressive and popular choice for general purpose applications. This QRC 411 series of sanding discs must be used with compatible holder pads - either Klingspor's own pad, or 3M Roloc® Type R backup pads. Other disc versions are available which are compatible with Norton and Socat holders - enquire for details. (Neither BlastOne nor Klingspor are affiliated with these manufacturers.) These KM613 flap wheels (aka mop wheels) are designed to access tight spaces including inside holes, inside tight bends, and other hard-to-reach areas.
Due to the large KM 613 size selection offered by Klingspor, we have separated the versions based on the abrasive mesh size. This particular group is coarse to medium (40 to 80 mesh). We also offer Fine / Extra Fine mesh abrasive flap wheels on a separate page.

This original series are somewhat less costly than the Klingspor Titan Flap Disc series and selected features are as follows:
- Arbor. All versions (except 1) have the standard 7/8" open arbor for nut-mounting.
- Sizes. All versions come in 4-½" diameter, with selected models also available in 6" and 7".
- Quality Classes. 3 grades available as follows:
- Special. High performance and service life in the most demanding applications.
- Supra. Reliable performance with a superior blend of life and aggression.
- Extra. Professional quality at a more affordable price for operators who do not use them continuously.
- Abrasive choice. All common industrial abrasives available including alumina zirconia, ceramic, and aluminum oxide.

Klingspor is a major manufacturer of abrasive products for hand tools. These Powerwheels are closely akin to flap discs, but with a non-woven structure which virtually eliminates clogging. Also known as ‘clean and strip’ discs, they are excellent for cleaning surfaces, removing heat discoloration with the HD version being excellent at heavier duty applications requiring more aggression. Two versions as follows:
- NCD 200. Impregnated with silicon carbide for general purpose cleaning including removal of rust, mill scale, and paint.
- NCD 200HD. Impregnated with ceramic abrasive, this wheel will last the longest in demanding applications.
