Z-Link® - The most versatile respirator of all! This multi-purpose full-face respirator delivers comfortable protection in grinding, welding, foundry, painting, and other applications. A few of the features are as follows:
- Flip-up Visor. Makes communication with co-workers easy.
- Superior comfort. Comfort-Link® padding system is fully adjustable for total size control.
- Maximum protection with the following ANSI approvals:
- Hard Hat (Z89.1)
- Hearing (S3.19), when used in conjunction with the Quiet-Link™ earmuffs. (See below in the Options list.)

The versatility of the Z-Link® is shown in a wide array of breathing options, cape configurations, and accessories, as shown below:
- Air control options. Both supplied air and battery-powered PAPR systems are available as follows:
- Constant Flow Valve: A basic supplied air valve allows control of air volume in the hood, but doesn't provide air cooling
- C40: Premium supplied air valve allows adjustment of air temperature in the hood for cooling & heating
- HX5: Basic PAPR option with single speed control
- PX5: Premium PAPR option with multiple speeds and a vibratory low-battery alarm making it a preferred choice in high-noise environments.
- NOTE - PAPR units do not require tethering to an air-line (making them very portable) but do not provide air cooling (can't use with C40)
- Note: Z-Link® Headtops are also available without any breathing apparatus.

Easy Tear-away protection for RPB Spray Hood Respirator lenses. Available options as follows:- Single Tear-away lenses. These are the most economical versions for standard industrial coatings applications. These options comes in the following configurations:
- Full length for all T-Links and for T200's with full-length capes.
- Shorter version designed for the legacy T100 model, but which will work on all RPB spray hoods that do not have the optional in-helmet light.
- Cassette Lens system. These are premium versions, designed for maximum clarity and convenience. On time-critical spray projects, cassette lenses save valuable time by eliminating the need to stop and change lenses. These come 7 lenses per set, with 10 sets per pack as follows:
- Full length for all T-Links and for T200's with full-length capes.
- Shorter version for T200's with face seal or any version not using the optional in-helmet light.
- Single Tear-away lenses. These are the most economical versions for standard industrial coatings applications. These options comes in the following configurations:
