Portable Sponge-Jet recyclers are specially designed to reduce abrasive costs and increase sustainability when sponge blasting. These units separate used media into 3 streams: 1) Good reusable media. 2) Oversized waste. 3) Fine waste. A variety of configurations are available to support various project sizes & scopes. All units are available as either pneumatically or electrically powered, and can be equipped with various screen mesh sizes for either faster productivity or greater dust removal.

DeFelsko offers various solutions for this process and this group of products is their premium version comprised of 4 Certified Coated Metal Plates (one being a zero plate).

Blast hoses must be cut square before attaching a fitting to them. The use of hose cutters like these are recommended as using a saw or other process will not allow the fitting to seat properly, causing premature wear. Replacement blades available. Two sizes available: HFKCT100 for hoses up to 2 3/8" (60mm) OD. HFKCT150 for hoses up to 3" (75mm) OD. -

The Axxiom ShortStop prevents accidental activation of electric deadman systems caused by short-circuits in the control cable. This safety-enhancing option is especially beneficial when blasting at heights, or in applications where the control cable is susceptible to high wear. Each DeFelsko instrument family is factory calibrated and is designed to be ready-to-use upon arrival. Best practice and specifications determine when instruments should have their calibrations rechecked. For the PosiTector UTG probes, DeFelsko offers five different variations of stainless steel Step Blocks that are factory certified for checking their calibration, as follows:- B1. Standard range Imperial. Five steps (100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 mils).
- B1M. Standard range Metric. Five Steps (2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, and 12.5 mm).
- B2. High range Imperial. Eight steps (1", 1.5", 2", 2.5", 3", 3.5", 4", and 4.5").
- B2M. High range Metric. Eight steps (25, 37.5, 50, 62.5, 75, 87.5, 100, and 112.5 mm).
- P. (Use with PosiTector UTG P probe.) Imperial labeled at 40, 60, 80, and 100 mils. (Metric equivalent 1, 1.5, 2, and 2.5 mm)

BlastOne offers all accessories and replacement parts for DeFelsko testing instruments. The PosiTector CMM IS concrete moisture meter platform is expandable, and larger concrete areas can be tested simultaneously in accord with ASTM F2170 standards by increasing the number of in-situ probes. The Bresle method of testing surfaces for salt contamination is recognized by ISO and ASTM standards. The DeFelsko SST test probe is an easy and accurate way to conduct these tests. Test patches are required to perform them and DeFelsko has multiple options, as follows:- PosiPatch™. This innovative product utilizes a reusable patch, held by a magnetic ring against the surface. Available in 2 configurations:
- Rigid ring. Preferred for flat surfaces or round surfaces with greater than 40 inch diameter.
- Flexible ring. Preferred for round surfaces between 4 and 40 inch OD, or a minimum of 4.5 inches ID.
- Saves time and money vs. disposable patches.
- Utilizes a plastic needle - no sharp hypodermic needles required!
- Latex Disposable. The conventional Latex Adhesive Bresle Method Patch has a sample test volume range of up to 15 ml (the only DeFelsko version with this range) for applications where the spec requires this.
- Latex-Free Disposable. Similar to latex disposables but lower in cost, the DeFelsko Adhesive Bresle Method Patch is suitable when the 15 ml sample size of the latex version is not required.
