The GX4 is a smart, sophisticated gas monitor designed to keep your employees safe and your company compliant with breathing air safety standards. Features as follows:
- Capable. Monitors up to 4 gases simultaneously, including CO (carbon monoxide), O2 (oxygen), and HS2 (hydrogen sulfide) using the GVS Cartridge Sensors.
- Note: Unit comes standard with the CO cartridge only. Cartridges never need calibrating and last up to 2 years. Regular calibration checks to be performed by using the GVS / RPB GX4 Calibration Regulator Kit.
- Intelligent. Continuously logs real-time data such as gas concentration, air temperature, unit status, etc.
- Connected. Utilize access to your company's network or connect directly with your device using the built-in Wi-Fi Hotspot mode.
- Flexible. Powered by either a 12 volt vehicle battery clips (using cable with battery clips) or by a rechargeable Lithium battery.
- Safe. Built-in 103db alarm demands attention when unit detects the contaminants above the programmed levels. For the ultimate in safety, choose the version with RZ fittings. The RZ fittings are designed to work only with GVS / RPB breathing air equipment and cannot be accidentally connected to shop nitrogen lines. Note: Using RZ fittings will require use of breathing air line and respirators with these fittings as well.

- GX4 Auxiliary Strobe Light / Alarm / Cable

- This 10PPM unit is intended for the USA market. (5PPM versions available for other Canada and other markets.)
- Provides audible (90dB) and visual alarms when high CO, low battery, or low airflow conditions are present.
- Operates on either AC or DC power.

The Radex airline filter (aka canister filter) is the heart of the GVS / RPB breathing air system. Features as follows:
- Advanced Filtration. 6-stage filtering removes oils, odors, moisture, and particulates from breathing air
- Durable. Cast aluminum construction for lightweight durability on jobsites as well as in factories.
- Flexible. Can be either floor or wall mounted using the included twist-and-lock bracket
- Customizable. Comes with either 2-outlets (1 for an operator and 1 for the CO monitor) or 6 outlets. And if you already have a 2-outlet version and need to upgrade to 6, this can be done with the Radex Six Outlet Upgrade Kit.
- Other included features.
- 150 PSI safety pressure relief valve
- Chicago 2-claw coupling inlet port
- Quick Connect outlet ports
- Brass manual drain tap
- Pressure regulator to adjust outlet air pressure
- Replaceable APF3100 filter element (lasts up to 3 months or 400 working hours)
- Options.
- Auto Drain Unit. Automatically drains moisture from Radex, helping to prevent premature failure to the filter element due to maintenance oversight.
- Micro Mist Filter. Further removes moisture and oil. Recommended if compressor has possible moisture or oil blow-by issues. Reduces chance of oil contamination of CO monitor sensor.
- Mainline Pre-Filter. Extra support for particulate removal down to 0.15 microns and extends life of primary filter element.
NOTE: This unit does not filter or monitor carbon monoxide (CO). It is designed to be used with the RPB GX4 Carbon Monoxide monitor.

The GVS / RPB PAPR units redefine what it means to be a powered air purifying respirator with comfort being a priority along with safety. The 2 versions (PX5 and HX5) are very similar and both offer a long list of features. A document comparing the PX5 vs the HX5 is under the Documents tab. Features and benefits are as follows:
- Sleek and modern. Strategically distributes weight through it's mounting.
- Light weight. Weighing as little as 2.55 lbs, they are designed to fit comfortably for all-day use.
- Positive Pressure. Removes the hassle and expense of fit testing and clean-shaven requirements.
- Comfortable.
- The PX5 has 3 different air-flow speeds.
- The HX5 has a single air-flow speed.
- Versatile. Variety of PX5 filters and cartridges available for various applications including HEPA for particulates, as well as Organic Vapor (OV), Acid Gas (AG), and Multi-Gas. The HX5 is compatible with the HEPA filter only.
- Safe. They alarm when the battery is low and when the airflow is blocked. The PX5 has visual, audible, and vibrating alarms, making them great for high-noise environments. The HX5 has the visual and audible alarms only. Both units are designed to prevent use if filter is not installed.
- Flexible. Available in the following configurations:
- Battery. PX5 / HX5 PAPR batteries are available in standard or high capacities.
- Mounts. Available with a standard belt or an optional back-pack mount.
- Ratings. Available with an optional FR rating. Offers a spark arrestor insert to protect the filters while welding or grinding.
- Cleanable. The PX5 ingress is certified to IP65 (light spray) and can be decontaminated easily. The HX5 is certified to IP53 (wipe-down ).
- Easy-to-use. Intuitive LED user interface indicates airflow, fan speed, and battery level.
- Portable. Without an attached airline (or need for compressed air), these PAPR systems makes it easy to perform your work safely.
Note: PAPR systems circulate filtered ambient air, and are not compatible with climate control devices or cool tubes.

The Bullard EVA (Evolutionary Air) PAPR systems are innovative and well balanced, and offer portable respiratory protection for both their loose-fitting and tight-fitting respirators. The Bullard EVA series is black with white trim. The EVAHL (Hazardous Location) version offers all the benefits of the original EVA, with the additional capability of being rated for the HazLoc environments.
